Shipping policy
For Home Delivery, orders are shipped through our registered courier partners.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-2 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the customer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email address as specified during registration. Customers should receive the package at the said address on the delivery date. For any issues in utilizing our services , you may contact our contact number.
Pickup will be facilitated by BookJoy at your home. Return Parcel must be packed & returned with care by members and the packing and labelling must be done by members as per specified instructions with utmost care. Any loss/ damage due to lack of packaging will be borne by the members. Please contact us for more details.
